Jordan is General Counsel for Western Surety Company, as well as Chief Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Western Surety Company in 2022 Jordan practiced law both in private practice and as in-house counsel for Saskatchewan’s commercial crown corporations. He has specialized in the areas of corporate/ commercial law and insolvency & restructuring.

Jordan obtained his law degree (Juris Doctor, Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to attending law school, Jordan obtained his B.B.A. (Finance, Great Distinction) and a Certificate in Economics from the University of Regina.
