Dean joined Western Surety in 2021 as a Senior Regional Manager and handles accounts throughout British Columbia. Dean began his Surety career in 2003 and since that time, he has gained valuable experience while working on both the underwriting side and broker side of the business.

Dean completed his Diploma in Criminology in 1999 from Kwantlen University and his Business Administration Diploma from Capilano University in 2002. Dean received the Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) designation from the University of Toronto and Surety Association of Canada in 2008.
