Carter joined Western Surety in February 2023 and handles accounts in all regions of Western Canada.

He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Regina’s Paul J. Hill School of Business majoring in finance. He is currently taking classes toward the Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) program through the Surety Association of Canada.
